These Terms of Service apply to YennayApps, the YennayApps website, the YennayApps app directory, and the apps, tools, subdomains and services operated through or linked from YennayApps, including but not limited to QalBeQal, TotalSport, Zaki and the YennayApps Social Publisher or AI Social Media Agent.
By using YennayApps or any connected service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
1. About YennayApps
YennayApps is a parent brand and app directory for independent software projects, learning tools, games, automation tools and publishing utilities.
The YennayApps website may list and link to separate apps, including apps hosted on subdomains such as totalsport.yennayapps.com and zaki.yennayapps.com, together with other current or future YennayApps project URLs.
Some apps may have their own additional terms, rules, disclaimers or notices. If a specific app has additional terms, those terms apply alongside these Terms.
2. Social Publisher and AI Social Media Agent
YennayApps may provide a social-media publishing tool, referred to in these Terms as the Social Publisher or AI Social Media Agent.
The Social Publisher helps authorised users and operators prepare, review, manage and publish social-media content. It may allow users to:
- connect TikTok, Instagram or other social-media accounts;
- fetch approved content from websites or business sources;
- generate draft captions, media packages or publishing suggestions;
- review and approve content before posting;
- send media to social-platform drafts or inboxes;
- publish content directly where the connected platform allows it; and
- keep audit logs of publishing activity.
The Social Publisher is intended only for users who own, manage or are authorised to operate the connected social-media accounts.
3. Account Connection and Authorisation
You must only connect a social-media account if you own that account or have clear permission to manage it.
When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, Meta or other social-media account, the relevant platform may ask you to authorise YennayApps or the Social Publisher to access certain permissions. These permissions may include account identification, media upload, draft creation, content publishing or other platform-approved actions.
You are responsible for making sure that the correct account is connected and that you understand the permissions granted. You may revoke access through the relevant social-media platform or through the applicable YennayApps service.
4. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content that you create, upload, approve, send, publish or schedule using YennayApps or the Social Publisher.
Before publishing, you must check that all content is accurate, lawful and appropriate, including:
- event names, dates, times, locations, prices and links;
- business descriptions and contact details;
- captions, hashtags and calls to action;
- images, videos, logos, music and other media;
- claims, promotions, offers and announcements; and
- rights and permissions for third-party content.
You must not use YennayApps to publish or distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, infringing, spam-like, fraudulent or unauthorised.
5. AI Generated Content
Some YennayApps features may use artificial intelligence to help create captions, summaries, recommendations, comments or publishing drafts.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or outdated. You must review and approve AI-generated content before using it publicly. YennayApps does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, compliant, original or suitable for any specific purpose.
6. Use of Third-Party Platforms
YennayApps may integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Meta, social-media APIs, hosting providers, analytics providers and other services.
Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, developer rules and account requirements.
YennayApps is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, including account restrictions, post removals, API changes, failed uploads, rejected app reviews, reduced visibility, moderation actions, outages or changes to platform features.
7. Platform Drafts and Direct Publishing
Where supported, the Social Publisher may send content to a social-media platform as a draft, inbox upload or direct post.
Draft or inbox upload means the content may still need to be reviewed and completed inside the relevant platform before it becomes public. Direct publishing means the content may be posted to the connected account after approval through the Social Publisher.
You are responsible for selecting the correct account, content, privacy setting and publishing option before approving any upload or post.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use YennayApps without permission;
- connect accounts that you do not own or manage;
- attempt to bypass platform rules, rate limits, reviews or security checks;
- use the service for spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment or unlawful activity;
- upload malicious code, spyware or harmful files;
- attempt to access another user's account, tokens, data or private content;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or misuse the service; or
- remove or hide required platform disclosures or legal notices.
9. Intellectual Property
YennayApps, its branding, interface, workflows, code, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator of YennayApps.
You retain responsibility for content you provide or approve for publishing. By uploading, creating or approving content through YennayApps, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content and to allow YennayApps to process it for publishing.
10. App Directory and Linked Apps
The YennayApps landing page may link to separate apps, products, services or experimental projects.
Some apps may be in testing, preview or early release. Features may change, be suspended or be removed. YennayApps does not guarantee that every listed app will remain available, error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Accounts, Access and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details, connected accounts and devices secure.
If you believe that an account or token has been accessed without permission, you should disconnect the affected account from the relevant platform and use the support route provided by the relevant YennayApps service as soon as possible.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused or if required to protect users, systems, third-party platforms or legal compliance.
12. Fees and Paid Services
Some YennayApps services may be free, while others may become paid or subscription-based in the future. Any paid service will show the relevant pricing or payment terms before purchase.
If a specific app has its own payment terms, those terms will apply to that app.
13. Disclaimers
YennayApps is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- the service will always be available;
- generated content will be accurate or suitable;
- social-media uploads or posts will always succeed;
- third-party APIs will remain available;
- platform app reviews or approvals will be granted; or
- published content will achieve any specific reach, engagement or result.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YennayApps and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of reputation, missed publishing opportunities, account restrictions, content removal, failed uploads or third-party platform actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to YennayApps or any connected service if these Terms are breached, if the service is misused, or if access must be restricted for security, legal, operational or platform-compliance reasons.
You may stop using the service at any time and may revoke social-account access through the relevant third-party platform.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of YennayApps after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
18. Contact
For questions about these Terms, use the contact or support route provided by the relevant YennayApps service. A dedicated landing-site contact form is not currently published.
