Contact YennayApps Support

Use this public form without signing in to the private operator application. Your request is stored before any acknowledgement is sent, and you receive a reference to keep for future communication.

The form connects only after you choose to start it.

Operator support details

For operational issues, include the affected platform, account display name where safe, approximate time, operator-visible job or draft reference, and a non-sensitive description of the issue.

Use the public form above even if you cannot access the private operator console.

TikTok connection help

  • Confirm the intended configured destination in Publishing > Connections.
  • Use Connect or Reconnect to start TikTok OAuth.
  • Verify the account identity shown after authorisation.
  • If a connection is no longer authorised, disconnect it before reconnecting.
  • Reconnecting requires the TikTok OAuth flow again.

TikTok draft-upload help

The current production workflow sends approved media to the creator's TikTok draft workflow. A successful draft upload does not mean the content has been published publicly.

After a successful TikTok draft delivery, the creator should continue from the TikTok application, review the delivered content and complete editing/posting there.

Account or security concern

If you believe a TikTok connection or draft submission is unauthorised, stop using the affected workflow, disconnect the stored connection, revoke YennayApps access through TikTok where available, and submit a Security concern through the public form above.

Disconnect or request deletion

The authenticated application supports disconnecting a stored TikTok connection. For broader access or deletion requests, choose Data deletion or access request in the public form and follow the published deletion guidance.

What happens after submission?

YennayApps stores the support case and its delivery work before returning a public reference. Email acknowledgement is the durable fallback. WhatsApp can also be offered for the automated acknowledgement when its provider and approved template are configured server-side.

Provider delivery can still be delayed or fail independently of case acceptance; keep the returned reference. Current support-team replies are sent by email.
