Disconnect a linked TikTok account
- Sign in to the authenticated Publisher application using authorised operator access.
- Open Publishing > Connections.
- Identify the TikTok destination you are authorised to manage.
- Use the disconnect action for that stored connection.
- Confirm that the connection is no longer available for TikTok draft submission.
The accepted application source removes the corresponding stored connection record when the authenticated disconnect operation succeeds.
Reconnect after disconnection
Reconnecting a TikTok destination requires the TikTok OAuth flow again. The operator must authorise the intended TikTok account and verify the account identity returned to YennayApps.
Revoke YennayApps access through TikTok
Where TikTok provides an application-access control, a TikTok user can revoke YennayApps authorisation through TikTok's own settings. This is separate from removing the stored connection record inside YennayApps.
The reviewed YennayApps disconnect implementation does not establish that the local disconnect action independently performs provider-side token revocation. Use TikTok's own revocation control where the goal is to revoke TikTok authorisation itself.
Request deletion of other stored information
For a broader deletion request involving YennayApps-held drafts, media, publishing history, connection information or operational records, open the public Support page, start the secure support form and choose Data deletion or access request.
The accepted request is stored in the shared YennayApps support workflow and returns a public reference. Keep that reference for future communication.
What to include in a data request
Provide only enough non-sensitive information to identify the relevant service record, for example:
- TikTok as the affected platform.
- The connected account display name or username, where known.
- An operator-visible destination or job reference, where known.
- The type of information you want accessed or deleted.
- Approximate dates that help identify the records.
Do not send a TikTok password, access token, refresh token, client secret, signing secret or authentication code.
What deletion does not do
Disconnecting or deleting information from YennayApps does not delete the user's TikTok account or content already held by TikTok. TikTok account deletion and TikTok-hosted content management use TikTok's own account and content controls.
