YennayApps Social Publisher

YennayApps Social Publisher helps authorised users review prepared social content and send approved media to connected TikTok accounts through TikTok's Content Posting API.

For the current production workflow, approved TikTok content is delivered to the authorised creator's draft workflow. The creator then completes editing and posting in the TikTok application. A draft upload is not a published TikTok post.

What it does

Review, verify and send approved content.

The public product website explains the service. The operational Publisher application remains a separate authenticated workspace for authorised operators.

Inspect prepared social content, media and captions before any platform submission is started.

Select a destination

Choose a configured destination account and confirm that the intended TikTok connection is selected.

Connect with TikTok OAuth

Connect or reconnect an authorised TikTok account using TikTok's OAuth flow rather than entering TikTok credentials into YennayApps.

Verify account identity

Use the TikTok identity returned after authorisation to verify that the operator connected the intended configured destination.

Review before submission

Check the final destination, media and caption before explicitly initiating the TikTok draft upload.

Send to TikTok draft

Use TikTok's Content Posting API to deliver approved media to the authorised creator's TikTok draft workflow for completion in TikTok.

Current TikTok workflow

Sent to TikTok draft is not Published on TikTok.

The current production action stops at draft delivery. Publication remains a separate action completed by the creator in TikTok.

    An authorised operator opens the private Publisher application and signs in.

    The operator connects the configured TikTok destination through OAuth and verifies the returned account identity.

    The operator selects prepared content and reviews the media, caption and destination.

    Approve draft delivery

    The operator explicitly chooses to send the approved content to TikTok.

    Draft arrives in TikTok

    TikTok delivers the uploaded content into the creator workflow or inbox for further editing.

    Creator completes the post

    The creator completes any editing and posts the content from within the TikTok application.

Production boundary

TikTok draft upload is the supported release workflow.

Direct publishing is not currently enabled and is subject to separate TikTok approval and platform requirements. YennayApps does not present a draft upload as a public TikTok post.

Account control

Connected accounts remain under operator control.

  • Connected TikTok accounts are shown in Publishing > Connections.
  • An authorised operator can disconnect a stored TikTok connection.
  • Reconnecting requires the TikTok OAuth flow again.
  • Users can also revoke application access through TikTok where available.
  • Data requests use the public support and deletion guidance.
